How enrolment works
VIP enrolment on Come is automatic. The moment your cumulative total bets cross ₹1,000, the system enrols you at VIP1 and credits the level-up bonus to your bonus wallet. There is no opt-in form, no support ticket, and no manual review. The enrolment event is logged in the app under VIP → History.
What each level unlocks
- VIP1 to VIP5: weekly reload bonus, birthday bonus, priority support queue.
- VIP6 to VIP10: monthly cashback on net losses, exclusive tournament invites, faster withdrawals.
- VIP11 to VIP14: personalised account manager, raised deposit limits, custom bonus packages.
- VIP15: 30-day daily guaranteed bonus, ₹10,000 level-up bonus, dedicated relationship manager.
Wagering measurement and the level-up bonus
Total bets are measured across fantasy, rummy, sports and the games catalogue. Wagers placed with bonus-wallet credit do not count toward VIP progression until the wagering multiplier on that bonus is fully cleared. The level-up bonus ladder is published inside the app - the figures in the snapshot are the 2026-08-17 staged profile and may be revised.
Cashback, monthly payouts and the VIP15 daily bonus
Monthly cashback is calculated on net losses between the first and the last day of the calendar month, credited on the 5th of the following month. The VIP15 daily bonus is a flat credit credited once per calendar day as long as the VIP15 status is held; missed days do not roll over.

Can I lose VIP status?
VIP status is permanent on Come - once earned, the level does not expire. Wagering continues to be measured for level progression; reaching a higher level replaces the lower one.
Are bonus-wallet bets counted toward VIP progression?
No. Only bets placed from the cash wallet count. Bonus-wallet bets count only after the wagering multiplier on the underlying bonus is fully cleared.
How long does withdrawal take at higher VIP levels?
VIP6+ gets expedited withdrawals (typically 2 hours for verified accounts). VIP15 gets a same-hour SLA. The standard withdrawal window is documented on the wallet and KYC page.
