Any existing Come user can share their referral code from the in-app profile. The code is unique per user.

What the referrer earns

Referral commissions are paid per the snapshot rules published on the first-party destination. The exact percentage and cap are not republished on this profile.

When commissions are paid

Commissions settle into the referrer's wallet once the referred user meets the qualifying turnover threshold. Settlement is automatic; no manual claim is needed.

Anti-fraud rules

Self-referral, multi-account referral and referral of one's own household members are not honored. The team can reverse the commission if the rule is breached.

How the referral chain is paid

The referrer earns a percentage of the referred user's first qualifying deposit. The exact percentage and the qualifying-deposit threshold are shown on the Refer & earn screen. The bonus is paid to the referrer's wallet, not to the referred user.

Why the chain has a per-month cap

The per-month cap protects the brand from runaway payout curves. The cap resets at the start of the calendar month. The cap is per referrer, not per referred user, so a single user with many successful referrals hits the cap faster than a user with sporadic referrals.

How to share a refer code

The code is in the wallet section of the app, under Refer & earn. Users can share the code by SMS, WhatsApp, social or QR. The QR is useful for in-person referrals.

Where do I find my personal refer code?
The refer code is in the wallet section of the app, under "Refer & earn". Each user has a unique code that is bound to their mobile number. The same code can be shared across the user's social channels.
When is the refer bonus paid?
The bonus is paid to the referrer's wallet after the referred user makes a qualifying deposit and completes KYC. The bonus appears as a credit with an expiry window. The exact percentage and expiry are visible on the Refer & earn screen in the app.
Is there a cap on the number of referrals?
No hard cap on number of referrals. There is, however, a per-month earning cap that resets at the start of the calendar month. The cap is shown on the Refer & earn screen.
Can the referred user use a bonus code at the same time?
No. The bonus code and the refer code are two distinct mechanisms. A user signs up with one or the other. The brand profile documents both separately to keep the rules clear.
