KYC documents
- Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence).
- Address proof if the photo ID does not carry the current address (utility bill or bank statement under 90 days).
- Selfie holding the photo ID for liveness verification.
Processing time
KYC is usually processed within 24 hours of submission. Weekends and festivals can extend the queue to 48 hours.
Common rejection reasons
- Blurry or cropped photo of the ID.
- Mismatch between the registered name and the ID name.
- Expired ID document.
Withdrawals
Once KYC is approved, withdrawals are routed back to the original deposit method (bank UPI, IMPS or USDT TRC-20).
When KYC is required
KYC is required before the first withdrawal. Deposits are allowed up to a published threshold without KYC. Once the threshold is crossed, KYC is required before the next deposit or any withdrawal. The threshold is shown on the deposit screen.
What documents are accepted
Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport and Driving Licence are accepted for identity proof. Address proof can be a recent utility bill, a bank statement or the address on the Aadhaar card. The exact list and the upload format are documented in the in-app KYC flow.
How long verification takes
Most KYC submissions are processed within a few hours. Manual review is required only for edge cases (document blur, name mismatch, address mismatch) and may take up to 48 hours. The status of the KYC submission is visible in the wallet section of the app.
